Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders take 3 business days to process and 3-7 days to ship via Australia Post shipping, depending on your shipping location.
Customer Service will send a tracking number to your email address once your package has been shipped.
If you require a rush order, email us at Customer Care, and we’ll see what we can do.

We are currently only shipping Australia wide.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
Kin of Mine is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will honor exchanges if the product is damaged or faulty.
Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving an item via email to hello@kinofmine.com.au
We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:

Kin of Mine takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only.
Wholesale
We only wholesale to a very small handful of select stores worldwide.
